Dr Rosemary Howell has experience as a lawyer, strategic planner, teacher and CEO and as Secretary General of the Law Council of Australia. She delivers mediation, coaching, facilitation, strategic planning and bespoke training services to a diverse range of business and government clients nationally and internationally.

She has been listed in Who’s Who of Mediation since 2013 and in 2019 was named in the top 3 mediators in Australia.

She has a Doctorate in Negotiation and teaches Negotiation, Mediation and Dispute Resolution at undergraduate and postgraduate level at UNSW where she is a Professorial Fellow and the architect of its Dispute Resolution specialty in the LLM program.  She is a Senior Fellow at Melbourne University where she teaches Mediation. Further training and experience includes Harvard Negotiation basic and advanced training programs Teaching Fellow, Harvard Negotiation Program and Teaching Assistant with the Harvard Faculty (including Professor Roger Fisher) in Melbourne and Sydney UC Berkeley Mindfulness Initiative.
